Harley and Emma

    Check-in time at The Porch Swing Inn is between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM.  Early Check In :  Check-ins between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm will be considered early and an additional $10 fee will apply. Early check-ins will require advanced approval and scheduled arrival time. In addition, we will only accommodate one early check-in per day.

    Check-out time is at 12 noon.

   Breakfast at The Porch Swing Inn is a two course treat including juice and coffee, and fresh fruit complete with either pancakes, quiche, biscuits & gravy, or another of cook Rhonda's delightful recipes. Breakfast is served hot so when you check-in we'll set up a breakfast time with you, our preferred breakfast time is 9:00 AM.  

  Cancellation Policy 2009: A credit card number or full payment via cash or check is required to hold a reservation and all cancellation policies are in effect whether you have a gift certificate or not.  If you give us more than 7 days notice, there is no cancellation fee. The full room rate is charged and a gift certificate issued if a cancellation is made with less than 7 days notice and we cannot rebook the room. If we can rebook the room there is no charge.
