1. Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, we serve two types of breakfast: a continental
breakfast is served with the Romantic Getaway Package.
Otherwise, breakfast is a two course sit down breakfast
served in the dining room. Where our goal is to make sure you don’t leave the table
with any room left in your stomach!
2. Are there any pets at the Inn?
We have one resident Weimaraner dog at The Porch Swing Inn: Emma. We also
have one resident cat: Harley a sweet Calico. The animals are allowed in the
common areas and our private quarters.
3. Do you allow pets?
We do not allow our pets in the guest rooms. Thus, we
do not allow our guests to bring pets into the rooms.
We have an outdoor kennel and would consider allowing
our guests to utilize the kennel if necessary.
4. Do you allow smoking?
We do not allow smoking in our home. We allow smoking on
our front porch.
5. Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
All four of the guest rooms at The Porch Swing Inn have
private bathrooms for the convenience of our guests.
6. Do you accommodate wedding receptions
or group meetings?
We do not market The Porch Swing Inn as a place for such
events. The common areas include the dinning room which
seats 8, the living room, enclosed porch, front porch and
back deck that can also accommodate a small group of people.
If you have a small group and feel our Inn would accommodate
you, we’ll certainly work with you and any caterer you
chose. We’d just ask that you reserve all four rooms during
your event.
